How Are We Responding to COVID-19?

Reading Time: < 1 minute

Dear Friends,

I want to be in contact with everyone in the midst of this crazy unusual time — we recognize there is a lot change and unknowns right now that can put a deep strain on relationships.

We’re focusing on being proactive here at NWBCC, and are following federal and state recommendations to practice cleaning, physical distancing and leaning into the resource of the internet (Zoom) for meetings and counseling sessions. If you or anyone within your close group is ill, even a cold, then we would be happy to work with you through Zoom and/or phone calls. We are all safe and working to support relationships through both virtual and office counseling.

As the coronavirus situation continues to unfold across the country, the containment efforts in our area have become more aggressive. Upcoming meetings and counseling sessions can be scheduled either in the office (NWBCC is considered an essential services in the Washington State) or on Zoom where we are taking additional security precautions for your confidentiality. Please contact our office at 425-687-4874 for any questions and scheduling. As the containment efforts ease, we will keep you updated, through email and our website, on how we are proceeding.

We have updated our online donation form and there is now an app available to donate through. You can find details about this at nw-bcc.org/donate. Thank you for partnering with us as we live out the mission of restoring the heart of relationship in this season.

We are looking forward to the day we can again share hugs and shake hands, but until then we will use the best solutions we know for the health and safety of everyone!

Bob Hardin
